Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data

1. Data controller

2. What data do we process?

When you fill in the appointment form on our website, we process your full name, phone number, car make/model and licence plate, the service you request, your preferred date/time and any notes you add.

This information is not stored on our website's server. The form prepares a message from your details, and that message is sent to our workshop's WhatsApp line through the WhatsApp app on your own device when you press “Send”.

Once your appointment is confirmed, your name, phone, vehicle and service details may be recorded in our management panel for internal job tracking.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to create appointments, contact you, service your car and fulfil our legal obligations (invoices, warranty records).

Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) — directly related to establishing or performing a contract, Art. 5/2-(ç) — compliance with a legal obligation, and Art. 5/2-(f) — legitimate interest.

4. Transfers

At your choice, your appointment message is delivered via the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Apart from this, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes; it may only be shared with authorised bodies where required by law.

Our website uses Google Maps to display the map and Google Fonts for typefaces. These services may process technical information such as your IP address when you view the page.

5. Transfer abroad and explicit consent

Because WhatsApp runs on servers located outside Türkiye, sending your appointment message constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad under KVKK Art. 9. To submit the appointment form you must therefore confirm that you have read this notice and give your explicit consent to the transfer. Your consent is included at the end of the message that reaches our workshop.

You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time; in that case we can arrange your appointment by phone.

6. Retention period

Appointment details recorded in the panel for job tracking are kept for at most 2 years after the work is completed; records subject to a statutory retention period (e.g. invoices) are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation.

7. Cookies

The public website uses only two preference cookies: dil (your language choice) and tema (light/dark theme). They contain no personal data, are not used for tracking or advertising, and expire after one year. The management panel, used only by workshop staff, uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep the session open.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, know the parties to whom it has been transferred, object, and claim compensation for damages.
